Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after payment, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

As a made to order brand, your item is crafted specifically for your measurements and adjustments. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
- However, we stand by our quality. If your garment arrives with a genuine tailoring defect or deviates from the size you ordered:
Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. - We will arrange for the garment to be collected and altered at our expense.
- If an alteration cannot fix a clear manufacturing defect, a replacement will be provided.
For sizing errors made by the customer, we can offer alteration services for a small fee, with courier costs borne by the customer.
