Can I request any design changes?
No. Tailora accepts only the micro-adjustments listed on each product page. This helps us keep fit, finish, and delivery timing reliable.
What if I am not sure about my size?
Message us on WhatsApp before payment. We will help you select the closest standard size and explain how to measure correctly.
Can I cancel after payment?
You may request cancellation only before your order is approved for cutting. Once production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable because it is made to order.
What if there is a tailoring defect?
If there is an approved tailoring defect or a confirmed handling error by our team, we will support you under our alteration policy.
